Goddess of Victory Rio Rollins is a casino dealer working at the beautiful Howard Resort. She strives to follow in the footsteps of her missing mother and become a MVCD (Most Valuable Casino Dealer). But for Rio to become a MVCD, she will have to collect 13 special magical cards called "Gates." Along the way she will face various challenges and trials in her quest to become the most popular dealer in the world.
