In Japan participation in extracurricular school activities is fundamental. But not all students are studious, and for Yuki Ojima, clubs like the Food Research Club are welcome relaxing havens. When a radical new candidate for Student Council president announces her intent to get rid of useless clubs like the FRC, Yuki asks the current Student Council president for help. He suggests Yuki become a council candidate. To his surprise, he's selected by the other club members and the FRC's chocolate-adverse president, his best childhood friend Chisato, who is in love with him.
