After creating a suggestion box at Hakoniwa Academy for people wanting problems solved, new Student Council president Medaka Kurokami expected typical things, such as giving advice or rescuing lost pets, which she and her best friend and council member Zenkichi accomplish. However they will soon find hints of an unbelievable secret that their school and Medaka are somehow at the center of . . . a slowly growing maelstrom that will turn an innocent pastime into a dangerous game for everyone involved.
