Although Tankery, the martial art of operating armored tanks, has been defunct at Oarai Academy for Girls for years, the current student council has now taken a sudden interest in it again. Miho Nishizumi, who had transferred to Oarai from her other high school specifically to stay out of tanks, is eventually persuaded to join the newly revived Tankery club. Joining her in Team Anglerfish are her newfound friends Saori, Hana, Yukari, and Mako.
